Independent snow and weather reporting from the Myoko region of Niigata

New snowfall at base 10cm
Snowfall at base this season 459cm

Posted on Friday 17th January 2014 This is an archived report. The latest Myoko Now report can be found here.

After some light snow overnight, the snowfall is picking up a lot this morning.

The wind is also coming up as well, not so much to worry about lift closures (yet), but it's going to reduce visibility a bit more. A good time for some snow to reset the hill!
