Snow! The Myoko reporter nails it again, with that prediction of gray turning to snow paying off (he scores!).


OK, the fact is that mountain weather is pretty tricky, and you try your best. And we needed some snow, so it looks great. Not a lot yet, but the forecast is for an increasing rate over the next few days. It's even picking up at the moment, promising that today's hike in the hills will be on soft snow, and not as much of the slightly sun-crusted stuff we've been seeing in some spots over the past few days.


No official snow reports up yet.... add a centimeter or two to the below.
