amandanism 0 Posted June 22, 2003 Share Posted June 22, 2003 as far as a/c goes i think singapore is much worse than japan, because its hot all the time. it isnt uncommon for a house to have central air con, all shops have a/c, public transport etc. all class rooms have air conditioning. needless to say, its really expensive.
