The difference between the two is the same as the difference between the words Aracnoid(sp?) and spider.

 

One is commonly used the other not. Both mean the same thing.

 

Think bug & insect.

 

Although it hsould be noted that spiders do not fit in here, just as they do not in the english term "bug" cause they aren't a bug. Something to do with anthrapology(correct?)

Konchu has to have head, bosom, abdomen, a pair of horns on his head, 3 pairs of legs on his abdomen... something like that...

Mushi, you don't need to worry about those definitions. When you find small moving things, you can call them Mushi!
