Telleboy 0 Posted June 24, 2004 Share Posted June 24, 2004 Were coming to the end of our stay with not visa extentions in sight and have to fly us,our crap,and the dog to chile.Any hints on cheap ways to get the dog there.I know theres no quarintene recs in chile but not too sure about flying the dog,had all sorts of different stories from airlines.Anyone done it to another country? damian 0 Posted June 24, 2004 Share Posted June 24, 2004 I have taken my dog from Australia to Japan and then to England and he will no doubt live in one or two more counties with me in the coming years before I return to Australia (if at all). Ignoring quarantine etc and just focusing on the air ticket: it isn't cheap, but you already know that. Not much more that I can tell you. Make your company pay. Link to post Share on other sites

damian 0 Posted June 24, 2004 Share Posted June 24, 2004 I didn't pick the airline, it was chosen by the pet moving company (AirPet, or try Jet Pets) and it was approx the same price as a business class ticket. I believe my hound has travelled with UA and Qantas. Sea de would be vastly cheaper. Link to post Share on other sites
