Don’t just restrict your definition to expensive eggs from the Beluga Sturgon that is eaten with an ivory spoon. What about the nice orange balls that you have with nori sushi? I am talking ikura here. You can also throw in Uni, the great Uni! Both Uni and Ikura are my fav mushy varieties of sushi and both are the egg of a sea dweller.
