rach 1
I was real busy when I went back to the UK this time and that might have something to do with it, but it took me ages to get "back to normal" getting back to Japan. 2 weeks almost to get the sleeping/tiredness thing going ok and everything. It usually takes a week or so, but 2?! I suppose it depends on where you are going, but is this just me or does anyone else find it difficult to adjust back?

stripper on coke 0
it can take long for me to get over a decent weekend...ha ha . I hate traveling throught too many time zones though, especially if you come back and have to get straight back into the work routines.
rach 1
Yes, straight back to work is a real killer for us middle-agers.
TheOrange 0
Here I am again going on about it, but I'm amazed at how just a few weeks off and eating/drinking more than usual can screw up my keepfit campaign - it takes so long to get back into it.
merryJim 1
I hate going back to work any time, whatever the situation.
TheOrange 0
Definitely. I'm still suffering from depression, weather and lack of wanting to go running both not helping. I'm in a moaning mood today.
newtoallthis 0
Well actually I seem to be able to get back into the swing of things really easily. No probs. Then again, I'm young.
joshnii 2
Taking a really long break does that to you. I once took a full 5 weeks off and getting back to work after all that was a killer. Just 2 weeks out though and I seem to be able to get back to normal much quicker. I know which I'd prefer though.
