Dogs smelling illness

I saw that on the some new program (?) last night, it was very interesting. Some dog sniffing out illness before the person knew they had it...

I've always noticed the moods of our dog back home and thought something like this. He really does know whats going on with stuff like this, its almost spooky.

 

Dogs are amazing.
