Davo 1 Posted October 13, 2004 Share Posted October 13, 2004 Made from mashed potato, flour, salt and seasonings. Roll them into little balls and then drop them into simmering water to cook. Once they float to the surface they're cooked. You can then drain them to eat right away or cook them up with a creamy cheese sauce. We just had ours with olive oil, parmessan, basil and origano.
