"it was so sad, his sister said the last time they saw him alive, he was playing he was up the front playing with the gps..." a car hit them side on going through an intersection! seen plenty of kids with their heads sticking out of a van sun roof while the vans were driving at normal speeds... stepchild 0 Posted February 8, 2005 Share Posted February 8, 2005 yeah, i've never seen so many cars with shotgun passengers playing with toddlers on their laps. sometimes one kid on each knee, ridiculous, especially on the expressways. i often see kids clambering about all over the backseats too. mental. belt up. Cops could just hang out near any Youchien or hoikuen and bust maybe 85% of the people that drop their kids off. That would make the parents put the kids in seats ( not out of concern for their kids, but to save paying the fine..sad ) Link to post Share on other sites
