veronica 2
One of those really annoying things, it annoys me so much I want to know if I'm alone. It seems to be a popular way to speak here the voice almost disappears into a whisper as a sentence progresses - almost to the point where the last few words are a whisper. Does anyone know what I mean, I'm not sure I have explained it well. It really annoys me.
mina2 6
I know what you mean veronica, it doesn't bother me as much as it apparently does you though Usually older guys do it.
veronica 2
It must be just me and a select few others then.
Dims 0
I'm with you V. I had a guy at work that would trail off at the end of a sentence so badly all you got were a series of weak hissing sounds, sort of like a rather sickly snake
scoobydoo 0
Yes I know exactly what you mean. I can't work out why they do it. It's as if they're telling you a secret and no-one else should here. I do actually know someone back home who does it though, one of my mums friends. I would say she speaks in whispers more than she does with some 'bass' added in there.
