SerreChe 2
Apparently there has been a large one in Nagano over the w/e taking a few unlucky souls. A few days ago some people soaking in an Onsen were killed by an avalanche in Akita. Finally heard that there was one in Naeba that went onto the groomed slopes and hit some skiers/boarders there. Do not know the exact details of all of the above (as in links to articles), but once again, the usual reminders...
damian 0
>>but once again, the usual reminders... What? Like don't onsen on 38 degree slopes? (Seriously though, I wonder if that was a freak accident or the result of aberrantly large snow accumulation above an otherwise safe area? Life is genuinely cruel)
SerreChe 2
ahahah, was wondering if somebody was gonna make that cheeky comments... and spud drove a freight train right through it! More seriously, just a freak accident I think. Feel sorry for the people who got caught. Of all places...

Yuki's Passion 1
there have been slides across shinshu acording to the news last night. Saw small ones going off in the trees but they also showed the aftermath of a couple. Looked pretty big. Be careful going out this weekend. warmed up quite a good bit. Lets safety!
