joshnii 2 Posted December 20, 2006 Share Posted December 20, 2006 There's a small place in southern Niigata called Charmant and they have in recent times left their hill partly ungroomed so people can enjoy the deep snow - and it seems this year that it has gone down well as they are going further and expanding the area that is accessible and ungroomed.
