thursday 1
mmmm, interesting. I'm just wondering what the stats for 北海道 are. and how do these stats compare to say, Whistler or Aspen or even Andorra
2pints-mate 0
With numbers like these (where are they coming from, resorts themselves), do some places simply lie?
NoFakie 45
I bet some places bump the numbers up to keep the subsidies coming, not down to avoid tax like football clubs used to when they had terraces. Everyone reports numbers, not profit/loss. That's what really matters. Note that those numbers are for a season (05/06) that started in early December compared to a season (04/05) that had barely started at New Year. Less people in a longer season means the above numbers are worse than they appear.
BillTheBinMan 0
I'm sure they do massage numbers. After all, no-one is going to be able to check them. A rise for Fukushima wonder where they're all going.
