Seemed to be lots of great looking girls wearing short skirts about the place, but thats what skebe oyaji channel surfers like me tend to notice I guess. The hotel my parents stayed in was about half the price of an equivilent in Osaka. Seemed like a prosperous busy palce to me. Link to post Share on other sites

gamera 0 Posted September 20, 2005 Share Posted September 20, 2005 kansai is described as 関西 in kanji. kan(関:something like a "gate" for old era people to get in and out other region )in this case means probably i guess Fuwanoseki which is in Gifu prefecture. So, western than Fuwanoseki like Shiga prefecture, Kyoto, Osaka, Nara, Hyogo and Wakayama are included. Link to post Share on other sites
