klubhead 0
went to kagura today, great time, still lots of snow, off course was fun (not as good as in feb with knee deep but..), all lifts running and all for 7900 yen (special vju plaza deals) DEFINETELY worth a shot before summer hits! big-will 7
This place is always decent until into May. I went a few weeks ago - previous post - and it was still fine, but kinda surprised that it's still ok now. Good to hear.

Guest
Went to Kagura on Saturday and it was better than I expected. Still not bad up high and was uncrowded. I'd say less than 2 weeks of ridable stuff left.
grungy-gonads 54
Hey chuck, thanks for the report. Any brown showing through yet up there?
Guest
Brown patches just starting to show up down at the Mitsumata gondola area, but up high still pretty much all white on the courses.
Guest
Can you get to Kagura easy from the yuzawa station?
Ski Japan Guide 0
Hi felic The resort has 2 main ropeways that get you to the slopes - one in Mitsumata (which is a 10-15 minute bus journey from the station), and the other at Tashiro (which is a 20-25 minute journey). You can actually also now get to the Tashiro part of the resort using the Dragondola gondola from Naeba. There are a number of buses each day, and if you come by car just head into the hills on Route 17.
