Joetsu Kokusai in Niigata, on 15th Jan

Yesterday a group of my friends were going down to ski at either Joetsu Kokusai or Hakkaisan, split into 2 groups and I chose Joetsu Kokusai.

 

Had a good day, sticking mostly to the main area and up and over the Tokamachi side.

 

Very cold in the morning particularly and dull but it brightened up in the afternoon. My iphone was having problems keeping awake in the cold, kept on shutting down.
