i was at basketball training today and i hurt the left side of my hip (ive had previous problems with my hip before, but never did anything about it) its extremely painful. im practically immobile, i can walk but it hurts. and it feels as if my hip has moved out of place and is now sort of jarred in an awkward position (sort of a pinching sensation)

 

im going to be royally pissed off if this screws up my snowboarding adventures over chinese new year.

 

does anyone know of any excercises i can do to help it out?
