Alexander L 80
Crabs Alaskan King Crab ready for duty, Taiwan, secret location. Don't want tons of tourists there and crowding me out. And beautifully charcoal roasted Tasting notes: - Crab huge - overall value for money: massive crab at massive price, but all worth it. Excellent. This is chili crab from No Sign Board in Singapore. Tasting notes: - Crab smaller than stated - sauce: rich, concentrated, very good - overall value for money: sucks a bit This is chili crab from Red House on un-hoi polloi Robertson Quay in Singapore. Given the location, it was not overly priced. Real surprise. Tasting notes: - Crab large and fresh - sauce: too sour, underwhelming richness, OK - overall value for money: Great crab, try another sauce. Good value This is chili crab from Uncle Leong in a hoi polloi housing estate area n Singapore. Colour is a little different because of the lighting and the use of a different camera Tasting notes: - Crab large not so fresh - sauce: mild, not rich enough, OK - overall value for money: Very good value about half the price of the others, but you need to travel a fair bit to get there. This is grilled crab from Bang Bang in Niseko Tasting notes: - Crab: Queen crab, fresh, flesh firm - overall value for money: A little pricey, but given the atmosphere, still a little pricey This is grilled crab and cold crab from Hirafu Sushi in Niseko Tasting notes: - Crab: Queen crab, fresh, flesh firm - overall value for money: Good given the entertainment where white people left the fish and just ate a little rice from their sushi. Chef was well chuffed.

Chriselle 158
I grew up catching dungeness crab.....fresh out of the trap, boiled up in sea water, rinsed in fresh...THE tastiest crab on the planet. I'm lucky enough now to get nice king and snow crab from my mother-in-law every other month or so from up in Rumoi..(Hokkaido). Love getting crabs...
