pie-eater 207
Thinking of buying onr or two paintings/prints this summer. They likely won't fit into my suitcase. Anyone ever brought stuff like this onto a flight? Did it get cheked into baggage? What kind of cost? Oh, the questions! I'd consider calling KLM, but in past experience the faffing about involved just wound me up so wondering if anyone had any experience to share.

BagOfCrisps 24
Unfortunately I think this is one of those you never know things. Could be lucky could be unlucky. Might be worth asking them first though, even with faffing about.
Chriselle 158
Poster tubes should be fine you'd think. Seemore has it right about uncurling them. I had a heck of a time with my high end piece of artwork..

Metabo Oyaji 71
Eva Air seems to have accomodatingly found a solution for this customer's unwieldy self-portrait: Perhaps it might be worth asking them?
