snowdude 44
Best ski resorts in Japan???? mmmm well depends what you want from them. For me depends on my mood, of course some resorts are just crap, no doubt about it, but any of the big resorts and some of the small resorts can offer a brilliant days skiing. A lot of it is what you make of it. As far as big resorts go, so far I have enjoyed Myoko the most, more so than Hakuba, but then thats probably due to my riding style and the courses. I also really enjoyed Shirakabe kokusai in Chino that I went to last year, because of the fresh powder, crystal blue sky and the beautiful scenery on that day, was only a small resort though. I reckon all the main resorts have so much to offer, but in different ways.
rider69 18
The best in Japan eh that is a loaded question. Many people wouldnt even say a resort just an area for example. Hakuba Myoko Yuzawa and Even Shiga(need to start at the right place) some what are just areas not actual resorts.

Wonder what you would have thought if it was blizzarding and no views. Weather plays such a bit part. Well I know it sure does for me anyway.
