muikabochi 208 Posted February 4, 2011 Share Posted February 4, 2011 Today was another very fine day and although I was very tired from a big day in Myoko yesterday ( more on that here ), I just couldn't not go skiing today. And I'm really glad I did. Joetsu Kokusai is really close for me (less than 10 minutes drive) and so I thought I'd go there. http://www.snowjapan.com/e/resorts/resort_map.php?resortNo=17 And out of all the times I have been to JK, today was the best. The snow was great, it wasn't busy at all and the sun was shining down and it was very mild. Great conditions. There were lots of school trips there today but it was easy to avoid them. Here's some photos. Muikamachi to the left and Shiozawa in the centre. Yuzawa is off to the right. You can see my house somewhere on the left there. Looking towards Yuzawa. The resort you can see here is Centleisure Maiko. It wasn't dark of course but these pics came out like this and I think they look pretty interesting. Link to post Share on other sites
