I can only get the surfcams to work on IE8, so I use it when i need to.
You use the tool that works for the job.

For sure! I use FF with a plugin IETab. That allows me to swap to IE for pages that INSIST the IE is the go. (Usually pages made by lazy buggers, using FrontPage). That works for 99%. For the others, I usually just ignore them and go somewhere else.

Just cannot be bothered with sites that force IE.

BTW, G'day, Koko!

strange they should do that.

I go onto my regular betting site and the betting applet does not load on FF. Forced to go back to IE. Bastards.

But FF for most sites is faster, so may be using that as the de facto.

If it works for you, who cares what it is? For me, however, I prefer something that ...

is NOT macroshaft,

is free,

and simply WORKS!

That means FF.

yeh man.

On Friday night I had FF, IE and Chrome all open at the same time. We stayed up all night until all the RAM was used up - we got well wasted. There were so many browsers open I couldn't see any of the text properly and I got a stinking headache, it was wicked. My PC couldn't even start up again until 4pm the next day.

Safari wan't invited though, too nerdy.
