joshnii 2
In the city of Kashiwazaki here in Niigata this week is No My Car Week. All in katakana ノーマイカーウィーク. Good purpose, but it's a pity they seemed fit to also print tens of thousands of flyers and make loads of flags to publicise it! Also got to wonder why they don't just give it a name that 100% of people will understand!
