Pete the Shoemaker 0
I was wondering - do the ISPs here in Japan give us a bandwidth limit for downloading? I have never heard any numbers and while I don't do a huge amount myself compared to some people, I do chew up a fair bit.
Nisoko 6
No idea. It's definitely not anywhere in readable-sized print!
bobby12 0
I dont think they have the same P2P problem here. Back in the day of Winny, 2001 kind of time, maybe they did, but they arrested a few people and now it seems to have almost died out among regular people.
Tubby Beaver 209
I can't use the torrents sites due to my ports being blocked by my provider. I have no idea what that actually means other than I can't get good access to pinchin......eh.......sharing files
bobby12 0
You can change the ports you know. try utorrent. My inlaws cant use MSN/Yahoo messenger or skype for some reason. I guess it must be a ISP thing cos I also couldnt connect from my laptop.
