rach 1
This might be a question and I might not even be able to explain it properly. I have a notebook computer and a desktop at home. Looking at photos, say, posted on here (or anywhere else for that matter), they look quite different on both screens. And on the computer at work, I feel the colouring is different again. How do I know which one is "right". (Is there a "right"?) Hmmm, does that make sense?
scouser 4
Maybe you should drink less rach?
snowdude 44
Very possible as every monitor is likely to display the shades of colour differently. You can adjust the monitor of either a desktop or laptop to your desired taste. I don't think any particular monitor is right, rather some produce a more natural colour better than others. The glossy type of screens tend to produce deeper, richer colours and clearer quality than a matt type monitor. For example the pics on my laptop look much better than they do on my desk top, because my laptop has a glossy monitor, my desk top doesn't.
sanjo 2
Same here, my laptop definitely has a different sense of color to the desktop. I don't know why but I can live with it though.
