They are doing a campaign, not sure if all of them are, but my local shell garage on Shinomekaido is. For those of you in Tokyo near this area you might want to go there and fill up. I think they buy on speculation though, ie. on date A they buy X barrells at price Y and receive it on date Z. So it may take time for the gas prices to come down to proper levels. No problem there, but the fact is that the shareholders and the people being ripped off are often the same people!
