I know most feature US/Canadian resorts, but I'd love some footage of Shiga Kogen, as well as others, but don't know where to look. Does anyone have any suggestions? Link to post Share on other sites

Jyves 0 Posted August 25, 2008 Share Posted August 25, 2008 I got Car Danchi 3 on the first day, and it is pretty sweet. I'll write a full report when Neil gets the chance to answer to my interview. Ninety five percent of the footage is in Japan (mostly Hokkaido), with a small segment on Alaska. Sciclone, if you are looking for footage of Shiga Kogen, you'll need to take a look at the Japanese video market only, because Shiga Kogen is not a top destination for foreign crews, unlike Hokkaido. As for Car Danchi, as the name implies, they ride and sleep in their cars, chasing the storms and looking for nice backcountry lines. Very little space for resort riding. That's It, That's All looks to be one of the sickest videos ever. It took two years to make, and with Travis 'Dennis the Menace' Rice at the helm, you know it's gonna be platinum. I love how he went from pipe/park jock to big mountain destroyer, unlike some other jocks who shall remain nameless. That's progression to me. Link to post Share on other sites
