grandmastaal 0
I need to get from Tokyo (flying into Narita - arriving in the morning) to Sapporo - if anyone could suggest the best/ quickest/ cheapest way to do it that would be great. Money isnt too big a deal - i would much rather pay 2x as much to get there 2x as quick but it would be good to review all the possible options.
thursday 1
Al, for the least amount of trouble you could scab yourself onto 1315 All Nippon Airways NH3121 NARITA 1945 All Nippon Airways NH2155 NARITA 2020 Japan Airlines JL3047 NARITA From Narita. Or, for much more hassle you need to go to Haneda and catch one of these. 0800 0748 Skymark Airlines BC703 TOKYO 0815 0807 Japan Airlines JL503 TOKYO 0815 0811 All Nippon Airways NH4711 TOKYO 0815 0811 Air Do HD11 TOKYO ARRIVED 0830 0824 All Nippon Airways NH51 TOKYO 0910 0908 Skymark Airlines BC705 TOKYO 0910 0911 Japan Airlines JL507 TOKYO 0935 0930 All Nippon Airways NH53 TOKYO 1005 1007 Japan Airlines JL509 TOKYO 1035 1022 All Nippon Airways NH55 TOKYO 1040 1030 Japan Airlines JL513 TOKYO 1050 1049 Skymark Airlines BC707 TOKYO 1105 1100 All Nippon Airways NH57 TOKYO 1120 1110 Japan Airlines JL515 TOKYO 1135 1128 All Nippon Airways NH59 TOKYO 1145 1142 All Nippon Airways NH4715 TOKYO 1145 1142 Air Do HD15 TOKYO 1155 1149 Japan Airlines JL517 TOKYO 1230 1234 Skymark Airlines BC711 TOKYO 1235 1224 Japan Airlines JL521 TOKYO 1235 1226 All Nippon Airways NH61 TOKYO 1255 1246 All Nippon Airways NH4717 TOKYO 1255 1246 Air Do HD17 TOKYO ARRIVED 1335 1328 All Nippon Airways NH63 TOKYO 1335 1331 Japan Airlines JL523 TOKYO 1350 1346 Skymark Airlines BC715 TOKYO 1405 1358 Japan Airlines JL525 TOKYO 1430 1425 All Nippon Airways NH65 TOKYO 1505 1502 Japan Airlines JL527 TOKYO 1530 1525 All Nippon Airways NH67 TOKYO 1550 1557 Skymark Airlines BC717 TOKYO 1600 1602 All Nippon Airways NH4719 TOKYO CODE SHARE 1600 1602 Air Do HD19 TOKYO CODE SHARE 1605 1555 Japan Airlines JL529 TOKYO 1630 All Nippon Airways NH69 TOKYO 1705 Japan Airlines JL533 TOKYO 1730 All Nippon Airways NH71 TOKYO 1750 All Nippon Airways NH4721 TOKYO CODE SHARE 1750 Air Do HD21 TOKYO CODE SHARE 1800 Japan Airlines JL535 TOKYO 1830 All Nippon Airways NH73 TOKYO 1835 Skymark Airlines BC723 TOKYO 1900 Japan Airlines JL537 TOKYO 1940 Japan Airlines JL539 TOKYO 1945 All Nippon Airways NH77 TOKYO 2005 Japan Airlines JL541 TOKYO 2015 Skymark Airlines BC727 TOKYO 2020 All Nippon Airways NH4723 TOKYO CODE SHARE 2020 Air Do HD23 TOKYO CODE SHARE 2045 All Nippon Airways NH4725 TOKYO CODE SHARE 2045 Air Do HD25 TOKYO CODE SHARE 2110 Japan Airlines JL545 TOKYO 2110 All Nippon Airways NH79 TOKYO 2150 Japan Airlines JL549 TOKYO 2150 All Nippon Airways NH81 TOKYO 2230 All Nippon Airways NH4727 TOKYO CODE SHARE 2230 Air Do HD27 TOKYO CODE SHARE
Jyves 0
It is quite a hassle to travel between Narita and Haneda airports. Thursday, do you work for a travel agency or what? ;o)
thursday 1
Jyves, yeah, something like that. I see you've not been paying attention on the forums.
grandmastaal 0
Fantastic, ill try and get booked on that early ANA flight. Ezorisu 0
If there is a really long layover between your international flight and that 13:15 ANA flight, it really isn't much of a hassle to get between Narita and Haneda. There is the "Airport Limousine" bus service that will get you directly from the Narita arrival lobby to the Haneda departure lobby in around 45-minutes. They have big luggage spaces below deck and load the stuff for you. I've done this a lot of times since those Narita-Sapporo flights are often booked solid months in advance, and the Haneda-Sapporo flights are often less than 40% full. If you plan on about 3-hours between flights, you are good.
JA2340 16
What Ezo said ... There is no problem with getting the limo bus unless there are 4 of you and two of the tickets are for the next bus and the next two are for a bus an hour later! Happened to us a week ago. Easy to exchange the early tickets for another 2 on the later bus, just caused a bit of mirth.
HelperElfMissy 42
Agreed! Narita to Sapporo flights are usually booked up MONTHS in advance - we tried 9 months out - no luck! Transfer via Airport Limo Bus is simple - the counter is right in front of you when you exit with your luggage, you can buy the tickets there and then, and get the next bus to Haneda. We also looked at getting the Cassiopea Night Train, but it was all too hard to get a booking from Oz.
grandmastaal 0
Yeh those Narita flights are booked so i guess its gonna have to be the airport limo bus. What is generally the cheapest? ANA/ JAL/ Skymark?
JA2340 16
Cheapest may not enter into the argument ... it may depend on what is available at this stage. Try a site like google, then enter "flight tokyo sapporo" without the quotes and see what happens. Google is your friend almost every time!
thursday 1
there are so many flights from Haneda, you needn't worry.
Ezorisu 0
Air Do might be the cheapest, but JAL or ANA may be the easiest to book online from outside Japan in English.
grandmastaal 0
on the ANA site there are the following options on the cost page One-Way Roundtrip Fare Tokuwari 1(Specified flight discount) Tokuwari 7(Specified flight discount) Tabiwari What are the last 3 and can i get them? apparently they are available and the Tabiwari is like half price - please help!!! thursday 1
al, you're stuffed "We are pleased to offer you the "Sakitoku"(from Japan Airlines) and "Tabiwari"(from All Nippon Airways) airfares. They are all one-way discount tickets that requires advance purchase(at least 28 days in advance). As the airfare is priced very low it does come with strict ticket conditions. Tickets are non changeable under any circumstances and the penalty for cancellation is 50% of its published airfare. Holding of temporary booking is not possible. Pertaining to ticketing, eticket will be issued shortly after verification of payment."

The services are for Japan residents only." My main concern being the last line!! My flights will be 2 times the price with JAL so i really would prefer to book through these dudes! Is the whole, you must be a Japanese residant thing just to warn off Gaijin? Please help soon as! i need to get this booked!! Muchos Gracias Amigos y Amigas
me jane 0
Al can you post the date and time you arrive in Narita?
me jane 0
Found it in another thread. You are arriving on the 18th March, right? On the Air Do website (in Japanese) AirDo Value 28 from Haneda at 11:25 and 2:30 is 11,500yen somewhere between 10 and 29 seats left on each. This lot Haneda to Sapporo on the 18th on the kokunaisen.com site. First block is normal and the second block is j-class but I don't know what the difference is. The colum with 28 in it is the one where you have to book 28 days in advance. Circle means lots of seats, a number like 4 or 3 is the number of seats left. If the ANA site has similar prices and you just need a Japanese address to book your flight, pm me and you can use mine.
