It's set back to the west from the main north-south Kita Alps ridge, so the views from the peak are a quite different to its neighbours. That's if its clear, of course. Its maybe 4 1/2 hrs hike from the top of Goryu ski field. Not the most best hike either, since the views only open up at about 2400m. If you hike above Happo, its all open from the start.
