me jane 0
When I'm doing my assignments for uni I always feel on a natural high (after I've forced myself to sit down and make a start). I'm aware of my heart beating and feel like my brain is racing. Have to do something else for an hour before I can sleep. Was just looking around the internet and found a link here on stress. Thought it was interesting, especially the bit about how fight or flight doesn't apply to women.
AET 0
If I try to sleep when my brain is on the move it's a lost cause... I might as well just stay up until late and use the time.
Pete the Shoemaker 0
I used to suffer from stress a fair bit. I decided to cut down on work and start living for myself more than I was. I may not have the big business I dreamed of when I was a bit younger, but I'm happy with it.
thursday 1
You could be suffering from stgress and not know it until one day, you have a heart attack. Many people are suffering from stress but they think it's the caffeine in their coffee or something.
