What do I think? Archaic. Archaic medical system which although "modern" does not provide the means for its citizens to undergo this proceedure at home and thus requires people to go abroad. Archaic bureaucracy that is unable to venture astray from its systematic proceedures. And finally, archaic social world view that allows these sorts of things to persist. Here's a country that has a declining birth rate, 2 people that couldn't have kids have gone out and had someone carry their own biological children and the ward wants to [censored] them. Japan should be doing more to encourage births. Australia has the baby grant, which would be nice, though it doesn't always go to the right cause for some people.. Link to post Share on other sites
