marnix 0
A friend of mine has to work Saturday during weeks that have a national holiday, because "every week has 5 working days". So 2 weeks ago there was a national holiday on Friday. This resulted in having 2 seperate days off from work instead of a regular weekend. So what is the use of national holidays if you don't get more time off from work?
Ocean11 0
Your friend should read the Japanese Labour Laws and form a trade union to acquaint his employer with the content thereof.
