BagOfCrisps 24
Ronnie Barker RIP http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/entertainment/tv_and_radio/4307216.stm I only saw a few clips of The 2 Ronnies last weekend. Sad.

nzlegend 1
feh feh feh fetch ya cloth Granville! I loved 'Open All Hours', its probably the only TV show that all 3 generations of my family could watch at the same time and have good laugh. To this day my grandmother still calls her tightfisted local store owner "Arkright" R.I.P Ronnie. North Americans reading the thread will be going Ronnie who? You guys missed out on one of the wittiest funniest guys on Television.
rach 1
I hadn't seen him for ages (was he still working?) but used to like watching the 2 Ronnies and Open All Hours.

indosnm 0
Damn that pic brings back memories. We spent 3 weeks in Bali in the early 90's with Ronnie's sidekick in that pic, David Jason.

He was funny though and my olds had a great time with him and his wife (or girl). They kept in contact and apparently my dad has met up again with him since in OZ or over there. grungy-gonads 54
I recently saw some A Touch of Frost episodes (a David Jason series). Quite good, more serious. I like him though. Apparently it was him and Rodders together who said they would not get back together again for some more milking of "only fools". Nice decision. On the subject of Rodders - i dont think I've seen that actor do anything else other than Rodders! Whats he been in?
