  2. Hey all, Heading to Niseko for a few weeks in a few days then to Tokyo for a week. Won two tickets to Myoko and was hoping to do it in a day trip from Tokyo. Read up on the Travel Tips on SJ about getting there. Anyone got any other tips? Anyone know how long it takes to get there and back? Any tips appreciated!
  3. SJ Is there anywhere we could pick them up in Niseko, ill be there in a few weeks. Or.. How much worth of stamps do we need for you to send them back to Aus? Will there be any left in the next few weeks? Thanks
  4. I have an explanation. Ever since i was young, not matter where i was going for a holiday, the weather is the opposite to what it is meant to be where i am going. E.G: Camping at the beach - Raining and miserable. Season in canada - Worst snowfalls in a long time. Going to Japan for the first time - Not as big dumps as usuall. It's just not fair.
  5. Anyone know why it is so difficult to reset the code for a Snowjam Mini Board Lock. I have tried what the instructions say, and tried every other combination of pressing button and all that to get it to work, and i just can't. Any tips on these damn things.
  6. Thanks mate. Appreciate your tips. Unfortunately money is not too abundant, thanks to the high cost of gettting there and that i decided to replace all my gear. Anyway, we might attack the back in the second week if we feel confident. Or if we have some spare money might do a tour. I have got a 'Wine and Dine Guide' from 06 that i have looked through, will pick up a new one when i get there. thought someone might have their own little favourite spot to recomend. Again, thanks heaps.
  7. Thanks Go Native Shame about the onsen's. I have heard ski japan do a bus trip to a m,ixed outdoor one for $12 or so. Have to go see them when we get there. I did just mean the terrain off the back of the mountain, through the gates. Is it easy to explore? Do we need avi gear? Any sugestions? Dont wont to get lost and have to hike for a few hours, and don't want to put ourselves in avoidable danger through ignorence of the situation.
  8. I'm so excited.....and i just can't hide it.... Anyone from Brisvegas heading to Niseko in Feb. Me and my girlfriend are heading over on the 21st for a couple of weeks. Meeting up with two others while we are there. Just putting it out there if there is someone going at the same time, might want a friend to ride with or to meet up before hand.
  9. Thanks klingon. I have tried some searches but it is hard to find things on the exact topics. Will keep searching.
  10. Hi Everyone. I have just joined this website but i have been getting info from from it for weeks. It a great site that is very helpful. My girlfriend and i are heading to Niseko on the 21st Feb and we can't wait to dive into some great powder.
