wow...this 'quick poll' has being going since November 2001.... I'm a Skiier...because it's maybe too painful to learn boarding now...I went through enough with the skiing! Anyhow..I reckon skiing is becoming 'cool' again!

Well Japan has been having a wierd summer too..i.e no summer really just an extension of the June/July rainy season. Next week should be some sun! So, it's anybody's guess if this winters weather will be 'normal'. Fingers crossed...

A friend of mine is English guy who's wants to come to board. He gave me his foot measurement...about 30cm in Japanese terms! Apart from renting a couple of kayaks...anybody had any success renting boarding boots this big? Mike
