For your info ocean I dont think JET is good and Japan was good for me not JET. Why do I think you are being naive? I have worked closely with a number of ski fields on various projects and they are not what you suggest they are. Once again you are making a broad sweep based on limited facts and knowledge. I dont think resorts are doing a great job but I am not about to tar them all with one brush. There are many resorts who are tailoring there product to consumer demand with great success. Of course there are ski resorts which still have their head in the powder, but not all.

I bought the 178, as I prefer a didiy ski in the trees. Bought the 00,01 model has a little more flex Got them in Kutchan, no 195s but ici sports in Sapporo has 185s for cheap. any recommendations for bindings?

Got a pair for less than thirty thousand - just need bindings any ideas anyone open to suggestion but an partial to cheap pair of last years rossy free rides.. Custom soles and inners sounds like the perfect set up....

I would also say thank you.. Being mealy mouthed truly is a compliment. To be described a such is surely far better than "sandwichly - mouthed". I would much rather be a full on meal than a snack. Secondly, I have been trying to hop on band wagons without much success as of late but to finally get on one - even if I don't know which one it is - is fantastic! Finally, to be referred to as a medocrity is beyond my wildest dreams - better than pedestrian or passable - but " an opportunist mediocrity" I am so glad I was able to take that opportunity!

powwers - last year strawberries was not off limits it had a gate and anyone could go through it - that is they were allowed to - not everyone could do it! The place you are thinking of has a patroller posted there - very strict!

You wont have time in Niseko..three new bars this year....lots of powder...you shouldnt have enough time to sleep.... computers are for offices skis and boards are for mountains If you send stuff home theyll just resent you anyway... best to just enjoy the snow..... see you in Niseko oh there is nowhere to connect your laptop....Niseko doesnt even have bank machines...the nearest place to get cash on a credit card is Sapporo....

depends on the year but the first week is usually the upper part of the mountain only - you are supposed to take the lift down bt usually you just dodge past patrol and tuck in... Last year the snow was late.... God knows how this year will be....
