Sorry for the newbie question but if lots of companies own a mountain, how do they split up the revenues? I see on photos and hear that lots of places still have paper tickets.

Did you get that done Kansaiash? Do many Japanese resorts have good equipment to buy, or is it best to do any shopping in Tokyo before getting out there?

Planning on a trip, though specific plans will come in a month or so. Damn work.
