White Pia Takasu is about 15km from Hokuno Station on the Etsumi Nan line and about 21km from the larger Mino Shirotori Station on the same line.


Various bus companies run schedules from Osaka and Kyoto.

By road

White Pia Takasu is located about 10km off Route and to the east of that road and the Tokai Hokuriku Expressway.


From the Takasu IC exit turn left. Very quickly the road splits into two. Follow the left (green) side. After about 2.5km there is a crossroads, turn left here and follow this road round for about 5.5km until reaching a turn off to the right which is signposted as White Pia Takasu. Turn right and head up to the ski area.


From the Hirugano Kogen Smart IC exit turn right onto Prefecture Road 321. Follow that road for about 4km. Continue on Prefecture Road 316 for about 500m when there are signs for White Pia Takasu. Turn left and head up to the ski area.


Parking is available at the base of White Pia Takasu for 2,000 vehicles and is open 24 hours a day. The charge is 1,000 yen per car (taken when you leave).
