Inwashiro Bandai Kogen IC is the closest exit on the Bantetsu Expressway.


From the Inawashiro Bandai Kogen IC exit, turn right onto Route 115 heading north. There are a few ways to get to the two base areas of Inawashiro. The simplest choice is to turn left after a further 3.5km onto Prefecture Road 2, and then turn left after a further 1.2km (the road sign labels the turn off as 'Inawashiro Skiing Grand'). Follow that road through to the Minero base.


There are a number of free car parks available at the base of both the Chuo and Minero areas of Inawashiro.
