It's a cold winters morning here in Shiga Kogen. For a change it does feel like mid winter and not the start of spring.

Gradually returning to more winter like conditions; some snow overnight and snow falling now in Shiga Kogen.

Snow was falling earlier this morning but it stopped around 9am and there's actually a bit of blue sky opening up.

Been a while since the last snow. Another fairly mild morning here but there is a sprinkling of snow this morning.
