Good morning from Hakuba and to the last Hakuba Now report of 14/15 on this last day of the season for Hakuba Happo-one and Hakuba Goryu.

Cloudy skies still over Hakuba early on this morning but it is dry now and the forecast tells us that we should get to see the sun today.

Just how long are these clear skies going to continue?

Blue skies just some high thin cloud in places, but mostly blue and clear.

Morning from Hakuba, and it's rain this morning I'm afraid - rain also being reported from the upper slopes this morning as well.

Light rain is falling early on this morning I'm afraid, though it looks like it should be stopping fairly soon and leaving us with just cloudy skies.

Good morning from Hakuba and here we are on April 8th and I have some snowfall to report.

There's lots of cloud around this on this very mild/warm morning with a bit of wind to add to the mix - hopefully that won't be affecting top lifts that are open.

Chilly overnight here in Hakuba and a chilly start to the morning but the sun is going to be out for the day once again today and will be warming us up.

A bit more snow overnight - not as much as we might have hoped for, but hey look at the calendar - and right now there's some cloud about but lots of blue sky too.

More snow on the ground this morning with Cortina reporting 10-20cm and Hakuba 47 just a few cm at base and up to 10cm on the mountain.

It was rain for most of the day yesterday. Not nice.

The good news from Hakuba continues today with another 15cm of snow on the ground here and more on the mountain.
