Today is going to be a hot one with absolutely spectacular weather.

If this season had a name we would call it the season that just keeps giving. Even at this late point in the season we have received 10 cm of fresh snow since yesterday's report.

Today we have a lot of fresh powder on the ground. 15cm to be precise with even more higher up. The snow also looks as though it is going to carry on for the rest of the day so conditions should be pretty soft all day.

Excellent news as we have woken up this morning to snow instead of the predicted rain. It's currently snowing pretty hard although not all that much has accumulated just yet.

Today is looking like it should be a fairly nice day out there. Blue skies with a decent amount of cloud although the clouds do not look too ominous.

Powder day! We were expecting snow, but not quite like this! With more than 20 cm of fresh snow overnight, today is an excellent late season powder fest.

Morning from Naeba and again the resort is reporting 5-10cm of fresh snow this morning. Hearing that there's some pretty nice conditions out there too on higher elevations.

We have a layer of fresh snow this morning and Naeba is reporting 10-15cm and a bit less than that down at base.

Today is looking like it could go either way. There is a fair amount of cloud around and some snow still falling, however, in some parts of the sky blue skies and sunshine are showing through.
