I think this morning the news is better than expected. Up to 30cm of fresh snow being reported from Kagura this morning along with a nice cold temperature of -10C.

Another 10cm or so of snow to report since last night and add another 10cm on top of that and we probably have had 20cm since my report yesterday.

The snow has arrived in style!

Yesterday we did have snow falling but it didn't really amount to much in terms of cm and lower down in Yuzawa it was raining.

OK I'll update you today and not wait - I can't wait when the lower slopes of Naeba have a nice new coating of snow to report.
