OK I'll update you today and not wait - I can't wait when the lower slopes of Naeba have a nice new coating of snow to report. Some wild weather overnight but the main point is that it has been snowing and we have snow here in the village area.
Kagura is reporting 10-15cm of fresh snow up there this morning. They are also reporting strong winds as well, though apparently that is not stopping them opening as normal this morning.
The snow is due to clear up by the end of today with tomorrow forecast to be less cold and clearer weather conditions.
Official resort snow depth:
Kagura - 70cm
Planned opening dates:
Kagura (Tashiro) on December 8th
Naeba on December 8th
