Heads up: I am remote this morning and so going off the official site and a phone call from a friend. (I will adjust report later if it seems required).

The ski area is (only) reporting 20cm of fresh snowfall this morning, but my measurement is 38cm (and the webcam 'stick' seems to be similar to me).

The snow has started and it is colder. I just cleared 42cm off my measuring point... and there is a lot more on the way.

Not much more than a dusting to report since yesterday and we start the day with fairly clear skies and expect a nice and sunny day.

After the mad weather yesterday, it is nicer this morning. The sun is out, we have blue skies and the wind is not troubling us like yesterday.

It's a bit wild out there this morning.

Just over 10cm since the report yesterday morning, though the ski area itself doesn't seem to be reporting any.

Today is 'National Foundation Day' and a national holiday in Japan. We've had more good snowfall overnight and up to nearly 30cm since yesterday morning.

Another good 20-25cm of snow since yesterday... and a bit of sun at the moment and even some blue skies over on the Tangram side of the mountain.

We might get to see some sun at times over the coming days, but it's still generally expected to be snowy for at least another couple of days.

I have observed more than the 20cm of snowfall that the ski area is reporting this cold morning.

Up to around 10cm of snow since yesterday (ski area reporting 5cm) and snow falling with limited visibility at the start of today.

Another cold morning and around 20cm of fresh since yesterday, with more still expected through the weekend and into next week.

The ski area only reporting 10cm, I'm measuring a bit more than that.
