I can add some decent more snowfall this morning with a nice new layer of fluffy goodness on the ground.

Earlier this morning it was cloudy, but as of 9am there is quite a lot of blue sky around and the sun is out too.

Good morning to you all from Madarao, from where I have 6cm of fresh snowfall to report to you.

This morning the resort is reporting 20cm of fresh snowfall and I pretty much concur. They have increased their official snow depth to 50cm.

Well, the snow clouds have moved on leaving us with some stunning blue skies over the region this morning.

The resort is reporting 30cm of fresh snowfall since yesterday evening; I'm adding a little under that to my report.

And as I reported yesterday, we are now open!

I have my Santa hat on to bring you good news this morning.

Fresh snowfall on the ground this morning as the mountain turns a uniform white once again. Not a huge amount, but it's another start and tonight fingers crossed there will be more snow arriving and again on Thursday and Friday.

We had sort of a bit of a dusting of snowfall and the day has started with a lovely frosted look.

I bring news of fresh snowfall and (as much as we'd love to be in the middle of the blizzard right now...) lovely blue skies with just some cloud remaining.

As you can see if you compare the Tangram image yesterday with the one from yesterday, some light snowfall overnight.

It's Saturday and we are now officially less than one week away from the planned opening date of Madarao; and a week further away from the planned opening date of the connecting Tangram.

2 more weeks to go until Madarao plans to open for the winter season.
