10cm or so of fresh snow here in Shiga Kogen since yesterdays report and it is snowing now. Lower down in the valley it has been raining/sleet but up here, of course, snow! It's coming down quite heavily here in Maruike as I write this actually so fingers crossed we'll get another decent layer before tomorrow. As I mentioned yesterday more of Shiga Kogen plans to be open tomorrow morning and it will hopefully start to feel like proper winter season.
