Good morning from Nozawa.
And as the Madarao reporter this morning says, it is a good morning as we have a nice layer of fresh snow.
Since yesterday morning the ski area has reported as much as 36cm of snowfall up at Yamabiko with 17-31cm in lower sections. I measured 23cm.
It is quite windy this morning too which is not as pleasing.
The snow is going to get less today and hopefully tomorrow will be calmer too.
We can probably expect some warmer more spring-like conditions next week.
For now, though, a bit more winter to enjoy!
