New snowfall at base 12cm

The ski area is reporting up to 27cm of snow since yesterday morning on upper areas, it has been more like 10-15cm in lower areas.
There has been light snow falling this morning but down at base it has eased off and there's even a bit of sun.
As you can see from the images below, early on this morning it looks like there's limited viz up top... but the sun is shining on Naski (who is looking particularly happy this morning) over there at Hikage base. Perhaps lots of this cloud will clear up today? Let's see.
Tomorrow should be starting with some sunshine, and then we might get some snow overnight into Sunday. Sounds good.
Fresh snowfall reported by the ski area at 7am (since yesterday morning):
- Yamabiko: 17cm
- Uenotaira: 27cm
- Hikage: 13cm
- Nagasaka: 13cm
- Karasawa: 6cm
Official snow depth numbers (reported by the ski area):
- Yamabiko: 270cm
- Uenotaira: 220cm
- Hikage: 180cm
- Nagasaka: 180cm
- Karasawa: 130cm
All lifts now normally operating except these lifts:
- Mizunashi triple
- Yunomine pair
- Karasawa pair
- Challenge pair (usually closed on weekdays)
- Utopia pair (usually closed on weekdays)
All courses are now open except the following:
- Yunimine A
- Kandahar (restrictions)
Planned night skiing (Nagasaka quad):
- Every Saturday until 25th March 2023
